Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been received and order details have been confirmed.

Authority to Leave

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact Pro Peptide support with your order number and tracking details.
We may assist by contacting the courier or helping you lodge an enquiry.
For damaged parcels, please provide:

- Clear photos of the outer packaging
- Clear photos of the product packaging
- A description of the issue
- Date the parcel was received
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so the issue can be reviewed promptly.
Temperature and Handling During Transit
Pro Peptide takes care when packing research products for dispatch. However, delivery conditions may vary once the parcel is in the courier network.
Customers should collect and store products promptly after delivery and follow the storage guidance provided on the product label, product page or Certificate of Analysis where available.
Research materials should not be left in direct sunlight, hot vehicles, mailboxes or unsecured outdoor areas for extended periods.
Failed Delivery or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to Pro Peptide due to failed delivery, incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery or non-collection from a courier depot, we will contact the customer where possible.
Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be resent.
Refunds or replacements for returned parcels will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on product condition, storage requirements, courier records and the reason for return.
Product Availability and Split Shipments
If an item is temporarily unavailable or delayed, Pro Peptide may contact you to discuss the order status.
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. If this applies, tracking details may be provided for each shipment.
