ProPeptide ships eligible orders across Australia. Please review the following shipping terms before placing an order.

1. Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Processing times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, restock periods, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

2. Payment confirmation

Orders are shipped only after payment confirmation has been received. If additional verification is required, dispatch may be delayed until the issue is resolved.

3. Shipping locations

We currently ship to eligible locations within Australia. If your address is not accepted at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

4. Shipping methods and delivery estimates

Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may vary based on your location, courier network conditions, public holidays, and other factors outside our control.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be emailed to the address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched. Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. Packaging

Orders are packed securely and carefully for transit. We aim to protect product integrity and customer privacy throughout the shipping process.

7. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required by law.

8. Incorrect or incomplete address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. ProPeptide is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order is processed or dispatched.

9. Delivery delays

We guarantee careful processing and dispatch of your order, but delivery times are controlled by the carrier after dispatch. We are not responsible for courier delays, weather events, public holidays, remote-area delays, network disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

10. Delivered parcels

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please first check the delivery location, mailbox, building reception, household members, and any safe-drop areas. Contact us at info@propeptide.com.au and we will assist where possible.

11. Returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply. Refunds are not normally issued for parcels returned due to customer error.

12. Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the outer packaging, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue. Please keep all packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

13. Pre-orders and backorders

If a product is listed as a pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch date is approximate and may change. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
