At ProPeptide, we aim to provide research-use products with consistency, careful handling, and clear order support. Please review this policy before placing an order.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable law.
2. Research-use products
All products sold by ProPeptide are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Due to the nature of these products, storage considerations, and product integrity requirements, we do not accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been processed or dispatched.
3. Change-of-mind returns
We do not provide refunds, exchanges, or returns for:
- Change of mind;
- Incorrect product selection;
- Failure to read product information before purchase;
- Customer ordering errors;
- Products opened, used, tampered with, or improperly stored after delivery;
- Products purchased for resale or non-research purposes.
4. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@propeptide.com.au.
Please include:
- Your order number;
- Your full name;
- Clear photos of the product, label, and outer packaging;
- A short description of the issue.
After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate remedy depending on the issue and your rights under applicable law.
5. Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, tampered with, stored incorrectly, returned without written authorisation, or damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
6. Cancellations and order changes
If you need to cancel or amend an order, contact us immediately. We can only consider changes before the order is packed, processed, or dispatched. Once a tracking number has been issued or the order has been handed to the carrier, cancellation or address changes may no longer be possible.
7. Stock issues or unavailable items
If we cannot fulfil an order due to a stock issue, payment issue, or other restriction, we will contact you and may issue a refund, store credit, or alternative resolution as appropriate.
8. Delivery issues
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the carrier. We will assist with tracking enquiries where possible, but we are not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, public holidays, weather events, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances outside our control.
9. Returned parcels
If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failed delivery, or failure to collect, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
10. How to request support
All refund, replacement, or order issue requests must be sent to info@propeptide.com.au. Please include your order number and supporting photos so we can review your request promptly.

Products are not for human or veterinary use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are handled, stored, and used lawfully and appropriately.
