To help us assist you faster, please include the relevant details in your message:
- For order enquiries, include your order number and full name;
- For shipping enquiries, include your order number and tracking details if available;
- For product availability enquiries, include the product name;
- For Certificate of Analysis enquiries, include the product name and batch number if available;
- For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photos of the product, label, and packaging.
Phone and live chat
We currently handle support by email to ensure accurate verification, order tracking, and written records for customer enquiries.
Order updates
Order confirmations, dispatch updates, and tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout. Please check your inbox, promotions folder, and spam folder if you have not received an update.
